Tyler Drown’s broad experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, finance, marketing are all used in his role as director of sales. At his previous position in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, he successfully negotiated and closed on over $10 million of property sales and leases and conveyed over $100 million of offers and Letters of Intent. Tyler has also held positions at a European Hedge Fund, a Wealth Management Fund, an environmental testing and consulting firm, and in the luxury hospitality field. He also accumulated knowledge and experience as sponsor grantee for USAID at a Business Process Outsourcing firm. Tyler held leadership positions at the Drexel Smart House, a sustainable design and technology incubator at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a degree in International Business & Entrepreneurship. He is deeply committed to and involved in charity work, volunteering and raising money and awareness for a variety of causes, including Parkinson’s Research, Hurricane Sandy Relief, and the PALS Programs, a non-profit for young adults with Down syndrome. Tyler is passionate about maritime history and is an avid life-long sailor, racing and cruising in New York Harbor, Long Island Sound, and beyond.
